Hi, I’m Christine-Jane, and I’m passionate about helping people reclaim their energy and vitality. My journey into naturopathy began with my own health challenges, including celiac disease, stress, fatigue, burnout, and insomnia. These experiences ignited a deep desire within me to support others on their path to well-being. With a background in fashion and textiles, I took a leap of faith and pursued my Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. I’ve spent over a decade combining traditional naturopathy with western herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance to help clients achieve their health goals. My practice is deeply rooted in my personal experiences and a commitment to ongoing learning. I believe in empowering individuals to understand their bodies and make informed choices that support their health. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me exploring the beautiful landscapes of the South Island, cycling with my partner and my mum, gardening, and cherishing time with friends.
